Get started quickly, troubleshoot common issues, and know what to do if you ever need support. We keep everything simple and non-technical.
Getting started
- Open a cent account (Exness preferred).
- Fund 100,000¢ and keep an additional 100,000¢ in wallet as backup.
- Send your account login details so we can attach FFDbot and apply the correct settings.
- Receive your live tracking link and monitor performance transparently.

Billing & profit share
- $50 one-time activation covers onboarding + setup.
- Monthly profit share: you keep 80%, we receive 20%.
- Settlement is due within 24 hours of withdrawal.
- If not settled, the EA may be disconnected until resolved.
This model aligns incentives — we benefit only when you perform.
Troubleshooting
Confirm MT4/MT5 is running, auto-trading is enabled, and the account is logged in. If you’re using VPS, confirm it’s online.
Tracking platforms sometimes delay updates. If it hasn’t updated for a while, send us the account number and we’ll confirm the connection.
Drawdown is normal in real trading. The buffer requirement exists to reduce forced exits during temporary market stress. If you’re uncomfortable, we can review your setup.
